- Tabletop sweeteners

- Technical specification

Document that prescribes the technical requirements that an EU fertilizing product, its manufacturing process, or its sampling and analysis methods must meet.

- Technological adjuvant

A substance that:
i) is not consumed as a food itself;
ii) is intentionally used in the processing of raw materials, foods, or their ingredients, to perform a specific technological function in processing; and
iii) may give rise to the unintentional but technically unavoidable presence of residues of that substance or its derivatives in the finished product, provided that these residues do not pose a health risk and have no technological effects on the finished product.

a) Movement from one third country to another third country, as defined in the first subparagraph of Article 1(3) of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031, involving passage, under customs supervision, through the "Union territory" as defined in the second subparagraph of Article 1(3) of that Regulation; or
(b) Movement from the "Union territory" to another part of the "Union territory" as defined in the second subparagraph of Article 1(3) of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031, involving passage through the territory of a third country as defined in the first subparagraph of Article 1(3) of that Regulation.
