Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites visited by the User send to their device, where they are stored and later sent back to the same sites during subsequent visits. They perform a variety of functions, such as enabling efficient navigation or analysing how the User interacts with the Site.
2. Legal basis
- Directive 2002/58/EC (“ePrivacy”), implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree 196/2003.
- EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
- Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority on “Cookies and other tracking tools” (10 June 2021).
3. Types of cookies used

4. Third-party cookies
The Site incorporates (i) the newsletter subscription form provided by Mailchimp® and (ii) the Google Analytics 4 script. Both services are configured so that only functional or anonymised analytical cookies are installed, in line with the requirements of the 2021 Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority. The User can consult the relevant privacy policies for further details:

5. Managing cookies
The User can manage or disable cookies through their browser settings. They may also:
- block only third-party analytical cookies using the “Manage settings” panel of the banner;
- install the browser add-on to disable Google Analytics: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Disabling technical cookies may compromise some functionality of the Site.
6. Data retention
- Technical session cookies: deleted when the browser is closed;
- Persistent technical / GA4 analytical cookies: maximum duration 14 months.

This Cookie Policy may be subject to changes. Updated versions will be published on the Site with the relevant date.
