Feliciano Milone
Bachelor’s degree in Catering Science and Technology, Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology with a specialisation in Economics, and a Master’s in Food Safety Management. As a qualified food technologist, he has worked in two start-ups and for several national and multinational food companies of medium and large size. In 2018, he began collaborating with Davide Banfi to found GoodFood Consulting; in 2019, he became a full-time freelancer, and in 2023, he established GFC SRL SB. At GoodFood Consulting, he is responsible for business management.

Graduated in Food Science and Technology, he holds a Master’s Degree in Socio-environmental Sustainability of Agri-food Networks with a focus on Life Cycle Assessment and environmental accounting, and another Master’s Degree in Project Management. He has gained professional experience in the creative sector, in training, and in quality assurance for prominent food companies, both Italian and multinational. In 2018, together with Carmine Milone, he co-founded GoodFood Consulting, now GFC SRL SB. Within the company, he coordinates various projects and sustainability initiatives.

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Quality Control and Master’s Degree in Food Science and Technology. A qualified food technologist, he has gained experience mainly in food production industries. Since 2021, he has been part of GoodFood Consulting. He currently serves as GFC SRL SB's Technical Director, providing the team with technical leadership and assisting customers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

With over seven years of experience in the food sector across both industry and large-scale retail, she is a specialist in quality assurance. Since 2023, she has been a consultant for GoodFood Consulting, providing technical and legal support to companies and developing training programmes to enhance skills in food quality and safety.

She has gained experience in the quality assurance department of a national food distribution and production company. At GoodFood Consulting, she provides consultancy in food hygiene and safety.

Graduate in Oriental Languages and Civilisations (La Sapienza University, Rome), PhD in Language Sciences (Ca’ Foscari University, Venice), and Master’s in Business Internationalisation with knowledge of Oriental languages (Venice International University, Venice). He has worked for various corporations in Europe and China, mainly in the import-export sector, in tourism, and in civil aviation. At GoodFood Consulting, he is responsible for the secretariat, the archive, document compliance verification, and translations. He also supports the accounting and logistics departments.

An expert accountant with over twenty years' experience at a Milan-based real estate group, where she was responsible for accounting, consolidated financial statements, and treasury. In 2013, she chose to move into freelance work, focusing on administrative, banking, and marketing consultancy, particularly for SMEs and dual-activity companies. Over the years, she has collaborated with several accounting firms and payroll consultants.
