Natural, soluble protein, gelled or not, obtained by partial hydrolysis of collagen produced from animal bones, hides, tendons, and nerves.

Joining the European Union

The act of bringing animals and goods into one of the territories listed in Annex I to this Regulation from outside those territories, except as provided for by the rules referred to in Article 1(2)(g), in which case it means the act of bringing goods into the ‘Union territory’ as defined in the second subparagraph of Article 1(3) of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031.
