Helping Foodex Group's top branch manage imports, digitise records, and get quality certifications

The challenge
- A wider product range to better meet the customers' needs.
- Implementation of fully digitised, paperless procedures with automatic reminders.
- ISO 22000 certification, in line with the group's policies.

The solution
- Studying the market's needs and the company's catalogue: together with the company's sales team, we identified the products to be added to the catalogue.
- Identifying procedures to be digitised: analysis and digitisation of recurring key procedures with specific deadlines.
- ISO 22000 gap analysis: after a gap analysis to identify any missing procedures with respect to the ISO 22000 standard, we defined the relevant intervention plan.
Implemented techniques
- New products: Introduction of new food products into the range, which significantly increased company turnover, with some entering the top 5 best-selling products.
- Digital records and documents: Integration of FoodAssist for quality control records, training certificates, maintenance management, and other company procedures.
- ISO 22000 compliant procedures: Drafting of the entire new Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 22000 certification.
