  • Internal audits: We devised a monitoring plan with regular inspections to verify procedural compliance and act quickly in case of non-compliance.
  • Digitisation of document flow: FoodAssist has been implemented to digitise all records (HACCP, training, manuals, audits, etc.) and ensure real-time traceability.
